"We were upgraded to the radisson blu in Belfast as the park inn has not reopend since covid. Upon arrival we couldn't check in as room wasnt ready..we arrived at 3.10 check in opens at 3....we had too leave the hotel as wee had a reservation too eat before we went to a concert so they took the bags too out room when it was ready and we collected keys when we returned at 1.30am. "Staff at frontdesk and in breakfast and casual dining restaurants were all friendly and very helpful. We were given recommendations about placesto vist with our children and were made to feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family."
