"We had a recent family stay at the Grand Kruger Lodge in the family chalet. The property is nestled in Marloth Park surrounded by animals roaming around freely. The staff were so welcoming and helpful which made our stay even more memorable. The property is very well maintained and the food included in the half-board option was so delicious. Savannah and Melissa were very accomodating throughout. All of the staff were so kind and caring. The property had everything you need, great scenery, wildlife within. "Das Hotel hat unser Zimmer wenige Stunden kommentarlos storniert. Wir haben die Email erhalten, als wir gerade komplett erschöpft von einem interkontinentalen Flug kamen. Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten. "
