"Property was clean, safe and close to food and transportation. (Self) Check in/out was emailed in advance and was easy. Pictures online made the living room look bigger, but our family of three made it work. Amenities in the shower (like modes of ventilation) and clothes washer were very useful to us."

"Great place to stay in Shinjuku, very close to the train station and to restaurants and stores. Clean and very organized, has a washer in the room which was super handy. Highly recommended, management is super helpful and they speak English. We will be back!"
