"Great stay! I didn’t interact in person with any staff, all communication was done via text or email and was easy. The room was really spacious and the view was nice. Really convenient to everything! Downside, parking!!! The front area says compact parking and large suv’s were taking up spaces that made it difficult to park a compact car. I will plan accordingly for the parking next time. Definitely planning to stay again in the future. "

"Upon arrival, management was responsive when we had an issue and questions--we called the phone number that had texted check-in details. They resolved everything quickly and satisfactorily. Housekeeping was great with keeping items we needed restocked. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Text communication was clear and informative. We stayed in a suite and appreciated the ammenities, including The Bedroom: a small table, lamp, and outlets on each bedside, large TV, luggage rack; The Bathroom: towels, blowdryer, and clothing steamer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash; The Kitchen: pots, pans, dishes and utensils, dish towel, microwave, fridge, freezer with ice trays, coffee maker, coffee pods and creamers; The Livingroom: round table and chairs, coffee tables, large tv, fold out couch, additional chairs, cupboard with blanket and pillow for fold out bed. The Seabird Motel is next door to a Kwik Mart (with ice cream stand) so its super convenient to grab snacks, drinks, and meal items. Across the street, we enjoyed The Happy Hippies Java Hut for coffee and The Ocean View Restaurant for lunch! Behind those is the Kure Beach Pier gift shop (aqua colored building) with public access to walk the pier (doors through the back of the shop). The gift shop also has ice cream, a small arcade, and pool tables. The motel is 3 miles to Carolina Beach area brimming with shops, restauarants, and entertainment. We recommend stopping at The Veggie Wagon along the way."

"Clean room, beach front, nice tiki bar on pier. Hotel rooms renovation construction still ongoing. Work was during the daytime. Staff excellent. 4 star because of ongoing sanding/painting of exterior rails. "
