This is a lovely property in an incredible setting. It has its own white rhinos that come right up to the water hole just by the (rather cold!) pool (maybe cover the pool at night??). We were gob-smacked by this. The chalets are beautifully appointed and are huge with outdoor showers and a terrace overlooking the reserve. Some are a bit of a distance from the lodge so you may have to drive over. Breakfast is good and we were supplied with a good packed lunch. The staff are very attentive but the...

Lovely spot to rest and reflect in a beautiful landscape. Comfortable rooms and the food was tasty.

We had a great stay for a few nights at the camsite. Great location for visiting Etosha. The campsite has everything you need, well stocked shop, petrol station at the entrance. Great facilties. Friendly staff.

This is a lovely spot with fabulous views over the Erongo mountains. The water hole below the lodge attracted quite a bit of wildlife, including giraffes and kudus which made lovely viewing over dinner. Room was lovely with delightful patio. Food and service were excellent. My only criticism was the lack of air conditioning. Although we had every window open (they have insect nets) and the fan going all night, it was still a bit warm.

Beautiful location & excellent service.

Lovely hotel. Quiet, clean, smart, great staff.

Great location for a first night in Namibia after a long international flight. Safe area. Close to the delightful Stellenbosch Wine Bar & restaurant.

This is a stand-out property in the most stunning location. The staff, food and rooms are excellent. Everything is spotless. Pay a small supplement to eat up at the top of the cliff at Eagle’s Nest restaurant. It’s worth the climb! The only downside is that the pool is a bit cold.

The facilities at this Hotel were very good relative to it's location

Perfect spot for a couple of days in Swakop. Everything is still brand new. Great shower, bed. All the amenities. Great location close to sea and main roads. Very friendly staff. And good value.

Great stay for our party of 12, they simply could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay, wonderful location, great food and a perfect place to relax.

Fantastic stay in family chalet. Lovely sunset and sunrise. So very quiet onsite. Nice pool to cool off in afternoon sun. Great beer from brewery. Didn’t know what to expect but it easily surpassed our expectations.

ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURES EVER SEEN

Great location obviously sitting right on the rim. Good food and wide selection of drinks. Good service. Strange you don’t get a Wi-Fi voucher for each night stay as we ran out on final night of our 2 nights. Appreciate you can buy more access but really for a hotel of this standard you should get one voucher per night. Trip into canyon worth doing, whilst it’s a full day and on some bumpy roads, to be able to get to swim and lunch near the bottom was a special experience.

A very well appointed lodge, upmarket rooms or large ensuite tents. In keeping with our safari theme we choose the tent. Large, 4 single beds, why 4 I don't know, very clean, large ensuite shower bathroom area at the rear. Similarly large kitchen area/veranda/dining area with river view. All perfectly clean and equipped to self cater all meals. The main reception, bar and restaurant is multi level with expansive views. We ate evening meals rather than cook and the buffet choice was varied and...

We were there in February (Namibian summer) so it was hot in the tent during the day, and the huge water-filled cooling thingy (don't know what it's called) didn't help at all, if anything it made the tent hotter not to mention the noise it made. We decided to just open the windows and through in the warm breeze. It was better once the sun had gone down. Otherwise it was a great stay. Staff were nice and friendly and we enjoyed the sundowner game drive.

Unpretentious and secluded this is a relaxing place to stay. The staff are absolutely top class, helpful, friendly, efficient and very hard working, they made it a joy to stay there.
