"Perfect location and extremely clean"

"At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest satisfaction. I will come back again. "

"The hotel is quite attractive however HOTELS.COM was very disappointing. Booked for Jan 25/2026 but ferry to Tangier was cancelled. Hilton was quite gracious in allowing the reservation to be moved to the next day but HOTELS.COM refused"

My airlines lost my luggage and the hotel staff assisted me in where to purchase clothes and basic necessities for my vacation. "My first stay at Pestana CR7 left a fantastic impression. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the location couldn’t be better. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person—from the doorman to the restaurant team—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile every time, and it creates such a positive atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I want to highlight Reda, one of the waiters. He was incredibly professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what he does. His service elevated the whole experience. Another moment that really touched me was seeing Reda help an elderly man with a disability stand up from his seat. He did it with such care, patience, and respect, making sure the gentleman was steady before letting go. It was a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the heart and culture of this hotel. Overall, I’m just happy I stayed here and witnessed this level of kindness and professionalism."
