"People at the reception were rude. Everything is closed from noon to 3pm. So all indoor activities are closed even if the weather is bad. Children are not allowed to the indoor pool except very early in the morning or one hour before closing. We came to have swimming activities with our child when the weather is bad.... Fail. Also the mini golf was not "open" anymore. The only thing they would have to do is clean it. The playground and the gym were also very run down. "

"We went with my son age 9 and he loved the pools. It was very handy for the beautiful beach and Atlantic Sea. It was also very convenient for the Carrefour Contact supermarket and all the bars, shops and restaurants in town. We had a studio for x4 people ( we were a group of 3) and it was perfectly adequate. Il me dit j arrive 10mn le voilà Je vais vous préparer votre chambre 30mn d attente Il me votre resa est a partire de demain pour 2 nuits pour 2 perdonnes je lui montre ma confirmation a partir d aujourd hui pour 1 nuit pour 3 personnes "

"Fabulous accommodation; very close to Lacanau Lake with plenty of water sports activities available. Only short drive from Lacanau Océan Resort. We loved our stay here. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely for cooling off and the bakery pre-order service was a nice touch. Moat of all, the warm welcome and friendly staff made our visit. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend Les Vacancioles."

"Pas très propre, balcon très sale et couvert de fiente d'oiseau. Peu d'équipement (même pas une éponge), un seul rouleau de papier wc. Le lit "gigogne " n'est qu'un canapé convertible pas confortable du tout. Pas de clim. "

"le site est bien mais malheureusement mal ou pas entretenu. la principale attraction est la piscine mais elle souffre d'un vrai manque d'entretien, ses carreaux se détachent et les dalles autour se soulèvent sous nos pas le bungalow sent le renfermé , dommage."

"L'endroit est fort sympatique, (lieu, calme), la piscine très agréable également mais alors les logements sont vétustes, la literie désagréable et la baie vitrée ne se ferme pas à clefs, je vous conseille donc de ne rien emmener de valeurs! Sinon l'équipe sympathique, il manque un peu de service (pas de bar, linge de toilette payant par exemple!) "

"The pool was lovely . There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. Disliked the number of rules at the property -for instance you cannot have your own food and drinks on terrace/ in room yet they sell no food and only a minimal drink selection. The shower needs to be hooked up as holding it in your hand to shower in 2022 really isn’t acceptable . Rooms need updating . "

"Séjour agréable, mais sans animation pour les enfants du fait du Covid, ce qui naturellement réduit l'intérêt. Equipe à l'accueil très dynamique et disponible. Globalement, les appartements / cottages sont assez anciens, mais fonctionnels et propres. "

Das Kinderzimmer hatte 2 Doppelstockbetten, so konnten sich unsere beiden Kids aussuchen, ob sie oben oder unten schlafen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Der Kühlschrank war groß mit einem Gefrierfach. Es gab eine Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Der Herd hatte 2 Platten. Die...

"Nice hotel near St-Jean. Family room was fun with the 2 beds for the kids. Comfy. Pool on the rooftop was most welcome during that heat wave. Basic, but good, breakfast"

"Lovely modern hotel with excellent helpful staff. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. While it is convenient for the train station the area is under development so it’s a mixture of new and derelict buildings which didn’t inspire confidence especially at night. It’s quite a distance into Bordeaux centre and the commute wasn’t helped by the trams in the area not running. However, once we understood the bus services we coped fine. Despite these issues would stay there again for the quality of hotel and service."
