"It was a nice And clean hotel the staff was friendly. The\nRoom was nice. They even cleaned when we stayed over.I came back to change sheets and made up beds.The trash was taken out daily and it was much appreciated. My only complaint is that when I booked even though the room slept sex. I was only able to book as 4 and I had to pay extra for my husband and I to eat and then I think the ideal was that the kids ate free but if I searched with all 6 of us, then it wasn't an option. And when I originally searched on the app, hotels.com. It said they offered free breakfast, but that wasn't true.So I think that they need to list that. I would have saved a lot more money coming from new york if I had been able to have the free breakfast like I thought."

"The walls are pretty thin. There was a family beside us who were so loud it was like they were in our room. You could even hear them out in the hall. (Not really hotels fault but putting 3 small children in a room with a connecting door to, and they find said door...) The beds are very hard as well, and im used to a firm bed. One bed was however a little softer. The rooms have no carpet which is nice. The view is amazing. However, it would be nice if each deck was mote private. Our deck had some pieces or broken up concrete on the side of it. Seems kinda unsafe for children. I would stay again in off seasom. To pay 400 a night in season seems excessive and then to be hit with the 10 dollar parking fee! "

"Absolutely loved this place!!! We were at a wedding but we had to drive back into Washington and we were exhausted. Pulling up to the property was pretty special. There was a large colorful Ferris Wheel and beautiful waterfront area. Plenty of restaurants and bars to chill in. There was even a Marilyn Monroe statue that looked cool. The hotel was really nice. Loved the card access elevators. If your room is on the busy /plaza entrance, there may be some traffic noise. Also… huge note.. there is no onsite parking. You have to park at one of the parking decks and then walk back. Not cool but… I guess you sacrifice convenience for the waterfront views. The night clerk at the front was excellent. Highly knowledgeable about the area and full of tips for the next time we come back to Washington. I was in line while he handled some unruly patrons and a late entry that didn’t have a room.. the hotel was fully booked. He handled everything in expert fashion and had the lobby area clear and patrons happy minutes. My family wished we’d had more time to stay at the hotel but it was a quick day trip. 5 stars all the way around. "
