"The room was discusting. It had human fecal matter and blood on wall in bathroom, a used lubricated condom in the nightstand drawer, the refrigerator was a solid block of ice, only one receptacle worked in the room, the furniture was so badly stained you were afraid to sit on it. The toilet didn't work properly, the recptacle in bathroom did not work neither did their hairdryer. The room was overall filthy and can not believe you would even put them on your website. Guess I will not be using...

"We booked after a terrible experience at another hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly and welcoming environment. Upon arrival we instantly took notice of how good it smelled in the hotel. The staff member I believe was named Jen and was very cheerful and fun to chat with while checking in. We were offered snacks and given all the information upon check in. We booked a king suite luxury and we were very pleased with the room. Our room was clean and comfortable with a sitting room, kitchen, spacious bathroom with separate toilet and shower which we were a big fan of. The room was provided with nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable. We were able to get a late check out and that was added bonus! and overall we enjoyed our stay. "
