"Ok so the check in process was a little problematic bc the link you are given by email goes to a page where you are given instructions at check-in time which is 3pm. It will give you a code for the front door and room. Enter the code and press #. You see that bit of instruction when you scroll down the page. I didn’t know that so keep that in mind. "My room was basically clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable but I am not sure how "fresh" the paper coffee cups were and while it's a big beautiful bathroom the placement of the toilet leaves you wondering why you are hugging the bath tub while using the toilet, it literally just needed to be moved 6 inches over. And they literally just renovated so it could have been fixed. The restaurant was bad. They save their draft beer "spillage" which once I learned that it explained why the Molson Canadian I ordered tasted like a flat Heineken. We went 40 minutes without ever being checked in on by our server, when my colleague complained the excuse was they were short staffed....there was maybe 20 customers at its peak and 2 servers....if they were overwhelmed they need new careers. The food itself was decent, I enjoyed my club sandwich, my colleagues chicken tenders were bland and plum sauce wasn't an option which made me laugh. Would I stay there again? Maybe, though I think I may actually just stay next door at the Radisson, where we went after to get the drink we were never offered at the Armon restaurant. Had a great atmosphere and the bartender greeted us within seconds of walking in..he was was solo and managed to serve like numbers of people as our hotel restaurant without issue."

"Nice hotel as far as location and could be great if properly managed. Probably better for convention people than tourists. Several areas of ripped carpet on floors, the bridge to our room had a shattered window. Wifi went out so restaurants couldn't take orders once. Water to our room went out so no shower or ability to flush toilets in our room or lobby bathrooms for several hours. They have a robot to clean carpets running around. Pool area pretty crowded when the sun comes out."

"Wonderful staff. Tried their very best. Clearly management and/or policy issues. Two of the five nights they forgot to clean the room. In the bar area, again wonderful and kind staff, but system issues. Took 30 minutes to get the check, then the check was incorrect as it was for a different table, and then an additional 20 minutes to wait to get the correct check. Breakfast area in the morning had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Restaurant was only half full. Half the table were not cleared, so there was no where to sit in a half occupied restaurant. All told, every staff member were kind and caring. Felt like the hotel was in transition of some kind and for the price we paid for a king suite, the service was less than what we expected."

"I go to this hotel since its opening. I like the large room, the parking and the location. However, I have seen decrease in the quality of the facility and the service, with price increase. The last couple times I have been , were really bad. Once I had about 1 inch of dust in the room. Advised the main desk , sent an email.and nothing was done . This time the ac was not working. I was offered to change room , but after the second night, I was already installed. The towels in the rooms were in an unacceptable condition. Staff could careless. Not going back ever . For the same price you can have better hotels in better location (10-30) for example."
