Property is clean, it also smells good with basic amenities avalibale. However, communicaton was poor. I tried sending message but looks like AI is managing it. Also tried calling the number listed but nobody is picking up. I think more human connection will be better.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were nicely kept and made our downtime really comfortable, and the size of the place was perfect for our needs—spacious enough to relax, but not overwhelming. What really stood out was the location: it’s in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to all kinds of local shops and restaurants, so there was always something nearby to enjoy. We recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated place to stay!

Nothing special, but it does the trick. It should be priced lower. This is an honest opinion. We didn’t hate the place but the location is the best part. Also, a few things should be fixed the towel racks are broken in the bathroom. Also the handle in the shower is broken. The carpet is gross you need a new one and the biggest thing is the entrance to the building doesn’t actually lock and needs to be serviced. If you’re looking for a good review, maintain the property.

I stayed in a studio unit for six nights. It was as described, comfortable and clean. A couple of comments though… I could have used a few more towels. There was no dish cloth, tea towel or coffee filters in the kitchen. And nowhere to hang clothes. The location was exceptional. And overall the experience was quite acceptable.

The accommodation was in a really great area! Close to a beautiful park, cute restaurants and shops, close to metro, and great atmosphere. Bike lane right outside. The room had mostly what we needed. Needed more towels - only two body towels provided. Almost no clothing storage - there was one small chest of drawers that had dirty socks and bundled up sheets (cleanliness unknown). Listing has potential but could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and expected amenities. Overall we had a great stay! Aside from the few drawbacks the location was phenomenal and made this visit all worthwhile.

My family stayed at this hotel for four days in early June 2026. Although the hotel is located in an excellent area, the actual condition and quality of the property fell far short of the photos and descriptions provided by the owner. The room was much smaller than expected, and the overall cleanliness could be significantly improved. I would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with children. Given the price, there are certainly better accommodation options available in the area.

Clean and new room. Nicely done. Perfect location. Only thing is checkin is a bit uncoordinated. I had to phone somebody and add them with WhatsApp (email and Expedia were somehow async) which I fortunately have. But Imagine if another visitor comes without network (traveler landed without roaming open) and doesn’t use WhatsApp. They ask people to send ID via email which I was also reluctant but I did so because I think it’s might be necessary. And they said we would receive notice by email upon arrival. But we never receive anything until coming right in front of the door.

The location was great and was walking distance to anything that you would need in Plateau Mont-Royal. The space was nice and clean. The only downside was the sheets and pillowcases had some black (grease?) marks, and the towels were stained with what I think is makeup that wouldn't wash out. The communication with the host was poor. It was raining while I was there and so I had requested an umbrella, which they said they didn't have any. I thought it was a reasonable request as a guest. The listing also said that there would be a hair dryer and there wasn't one, so when I requested that, they said they would bring me one the next day and they never did.

Good location. Walking distance to bus stop and 10 mins away from metro. Cleanliness is okay. Well kept but can see some dust accumulating on corners. There is a distinct smell upon entry but I guess you get used while staying. I only notice every time I get inside the unit. Communication was not good. All messages were automated. Messaged about broken blinds but no response. Had to sleep with windows open, good thing the unit was a floor up. Overall a good stay. Check in was smooth. Laundry was very useful.

It's a great little room in the heart of everything. Nice bathroom, functional kitchen, comfy bed, lovely light - everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Small quiet apartment in a building on the Plateau. Great area, very cute. Appears recently renovated and recent appliances. Great to have a washer in your suite so you can pack in carry on bag! All kinds of shops and restaurants close by!

The apartment itself was nice and clean, but the entrance to the building had a for lease sign and some plaster boards up which made it look like it should be vacant. I tried contacting the property a few times but didn’t get any responses, even after the fact. Note to people driving- there is very little overnight parking around so be wary of that.

Not really recommended to book a stay here. The AC was leaking so bad and flooded the floor, and the host only responsive on the first day and be gone after. Only 3 towel was provided despite we book 3 days stay for 3 people. When we arrived, the unit is not properly cleaned, missing the tv remote, the washer/dryer were not working and the mattress of the sofa bed were dirty. It was unpleasant and not enjoyable stay at all. Hope they would fix it for the future customers.

The location was great, the room was modern and well furnished. Air conditioning thankfully worked great (we arrived during a heatwave in Montreal). The lack of an openable window for ventilation was my biggest problem.
