Excellent place, lovely views, amazing food, great staff, comfy rooms with amazing showers. Two nights wasn’t enough

Spent a very comfortable weekend here. The staff are very friendly and the pool is wonderful. The breakfast buffet offers amazing choice and the food is really delicious. The hotel operates a very convenient airport shuttle. I don't recall sleeping in a more comfortable bed in my entire life.

Great place to stay. It feels like a boutique hotel in many ways as the owner has an abundance of wonderful paintings and sculptures on the walls and communal areas, even in the bedrooms. The breakfast/reception area is like a gallery with beautiful carved furniture in an old colonial building (also has an modernish extension). Breakfast made to order has only a few choices but was delicious with plentiful coffee. Staff are delightful, chatty and so helpful. They organised a volcano trip within...

There is basically no night-life in or anywhere near this hotel so don't book if that is what you're after, and there isn't really anything in the way of entertainment for kids. However, if you're looking for ultra relaxing and affordable luxury, 5 star service, and near Michelin starred quality food then book a deluxe room here and you'll be delighted! This hotel could easily be missed from the front, but behind the gates is a lovely place to stay. Beautiful building and gardens and a decent pool. The area around the hotel is not beautiful, but felt safe, and has plenty of eating and drinking options. I would stay here again.

Location is great, near the cathedral and central park. Lots of food options nearby. Nice people at the hotel.

Welcome by all staff was very warm and friendly. Justin on give us lots of advice and arrange a Volcano tour with a super guide Harold. Hotel very well located, near the central square and restaurants and bars and other places to visit. Lovely old building with calm garden quadrangles.

Very well kept Hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Booked two rooms for ourselves and friends. Everything was great and the stay was without any problems. would highly recommend at the price.

Great staff and location. The hotel does feel dated but it's still very comfortable and has all the amenities.

Great service from Eduardo
