"Location was good, main plaza 10 minute walk at most. Air con worked very well. Rooms clean, good size. Breakfast ends at 9am which is very early. Staff were helpful & allowed us to leave our bags when we went to Tayrona park. Had a small issue that they couldn’t provide us with a key to our room, they told us that some other guest took the key when they left, naturally security is a main concern for travelers with passports etc in our rooms. But we had no choice but to leave our room unlocked...

"This is not a hotel, there is staff but they leave by 7 pm. When I arrived, I had to wait an hour for a guest to phone a staff member to come and check us in. Having said that, the property is great and all of the staff are hardworking and friendly. I would stay here again, but be aware that this is not a hotel in the truest sense of the word."

"This is an ice property and I have stayed in this neighborhood before so I knew the issues with the streets being unsavory at times. Close to the beach Room was a decent size. Breakfast was ok but not great. You have to pick from a few choice and none were great for me. I like to pick my own breakfast from the buffet and this way I see in advance what I am getting. "
