Wonderful property, super kind, helpful, and competent staff. I had some issues with professionalism and keeping up to the Indian standard of hospitality at another hotel in this city and I’m happy to say this hotel keeps up with the bigger cities. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is very good.

A lovely lodge right on the Ken river. The staff were amazing and we loved having our meals on the tree-house restaurant. The rowing boat safari offered by the lodge (for an extra fee) was worth every penny.

Pleasant experience

Beautiful hotel, we had the Honeymoon sweet even though we have been married 36 years it was amazing. Pool area and pool very nice. Whole hotel is very clean. We ate in the restaurant and it was very tasty. Overall a very nice stay.

Lovely experience, awesome people, clean and amazing

It was a very pleasing stay. right from the staff outside the hotel to the reception to the house keeping, the staff were very friendly and efficient. Both the check in and the check out were completed without any fuss. When we got to the hotel, on a hot summer afternoon, we were very promptly greeted with a soothing and refreshing cold towel and a glass of coke. Most impressed! Staff were just incredible. Only hotel we stayed in where we felt they didn't want to squeeze money out of us. Staff couldn't of been more helpful. Amazing food as well. Perfect location for temples.

Overall satisfactory stay for a couple of nights. Location is good, service and staff is supportive, clean rooms, had a minor issue regarding bedsheet cleanliness but was promptly resolved.
