"Nice resort to relax"

"This is not a nice hotel! The pictures are misleading, it looks like they are probably several years old. The hotel is much less inviting now. I guess it would be fine for travelers on a limited budget who don't mind very basic accommodations. The grounds were untidy with visible piles of garbage, the rooms were spartan and uninviting - the place looked more like a barracks than a hotel. I took one look at the place and my room, and left to find another hotel, even though I had already pre-paid....

"J'avais une réservation du 2 au 4 octobre 2019 par Hotels.com. A l'arrivée, les deux réceptionnistes m'ont annoncé qu'elles n'avaient pas de réservation à mon nom, et qu'en plus l'hôtel était complet ! La raison ? Nous ne travaillons plus avec Hôtels.com, car nous n'arrivons pas à nous faire payer...et nous ne pouvons pas les appeler non plus. Bien sûr, le responsable n'était pas visible. Finalement, sur conseil d'une des deux réceptionnistes, je me suis adressé à un hôtel voisin, qui avait des...

"Rooms are quite small, as are the single beds. Wifi was acceptable and almost always worked, even with a power cut, which is very rare. Plenty of hot water. The reception staff speak English which is not always the case in Madagascar. The main negative was the small size of the room. 2 single beds took up almost the entire space and there is no storage space. I did not find it great value for the money."

"The staff are bad, don't treat client s properly . i changed 4 rooms, the first room doesn't have wifi, have to beg 2 days to move to next room and staff are so bad and arrogant, one staff shouted at me. 2nd room the door lock doesn't work, so the problem continued until the 4th room. the breakfast is small dry bread with jam, it is shame 5days dry bread with jam!!!!! i will never go there and never recommend to anyone, Hotel Panorama!"
