The staff were excellent (i arrived with food poisoning from elsewhere) and the plain food that the chef made for me to help me recover was utterly ideal. "Déçu par cet hôtel dont les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité. Piscine pas entretenue, eau verte, pas de filtration …. Le restaurant et la partie cuisine n’inspirent pas à déjeuner sur place. Chambre petite et peu spacieuse, salle de bains convenable. Rapport qualité/prix insuffisant. Par contre les jardins sont entretenus et propres ! "

"The AC didn't work, they knew it and just pretended to check it out. They end up giving me a fan which was ok because it wasn't that hot. The place is clean and some of the service staff are very good. Wish the bar had snacks while it's open and not only during specific hours. They have many people behind the bar but no one cares to go to the beach area to offer food & drinks. It's probably one of the best hotels in Nosy Be but still needs a lot of improvement. Also at check out I paid with credit card but some items had to be paid with cash, no specific reason explained."
