Really well-placed hotel for Petra. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed two nights and had a very nice room with good views. Restaurant was very good. A definite recommend and perfect for visiting Petra, being just a few hundred yards from the gate.

Cannot reccommend enough. Everything from the room, restaurant, outside Spaces and the super friendly and helpful staff was 10 out of 10. Made our trip to Petra extra special.

The owner was super nice and gave us recommendations for places to eat and made us an unforgettable breakfast! The rooms are super high quality that gives Jordanian traditional vibe.

Great stay, would recommend. Staff were excellent. Only criticism was that our first room smelt of cigarette smoke so we asked to move, new room was great and very clean.

GOOD: Location, facilities, aesthetics NOT SO GOOD: Only minor gripe was that a potato croquette was sent out at best tepid

Nothing to fault at all. Only that the hotel was empty due to low tourist numbers but despite this they still went out of their way to help us any way they could. Beautiful hotel.

The point of the hotel is the location. It's the only place to stay conveniently to visit Petra, and is excellent.

Overall our experience was amazing, don't believe anything you read online about any worries for travelling here, it's extremely safe and all the people are very friendly, overall this hotel is a great spot with friendly staff and great services, they went above an beyond to make sure my partners birthday was extra special, 100% reccomended and looking forward to staying here again!

This place is incredible. The room was impeccable. We got a free upgrade. Staff is really friendly. Close to perta visitor center. Think hard before choosing another hotel in Petra.

Excellent location just a couple of minutes away from the entrance. Buffet option at a good price and very convenient after a full day of exploring Petra.

The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is great and the hotel is just 4-5 min walking distance to Petra visitor centre. Highly recommended!

The Nomads Hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting Petra. The beds are comfortable the AC is excellent the rooms are modern and fresh. The staff are polite and welcoming. I would stay here in a heart beat. The only thing to note is the hotel sits at the top of a very steep hill which you have to go down to get to Petra. However this isn’t a issue as there’s plenty of taxis around and they only charge 2-5JD for a trip down.
