Clean room

I guess one of the best room I have found in this city.. Five Star to the staff in this Hotel .. they were accommodating from check in upto checkout.. I will not recommend any other Hotel in Lusaka ..

Clean and good staff Room well appointed and v good swimming pool. A short but pleasant stay very conveniently sited 15 mins from the airport.

The room was not only clean but had "character". The bathroom was spacious and had both shower and bathtub. And, what really was extraordinary is the restaurant and the lounge / outdoor pool space, both wether you sit there and work or just chill. Last but not least, the staff is as friendly and helpful as it gets. This is the pl where to stay in Lusaka.

Wonderful staff

This was quite a nice surprise in a busy African city. The staff made us feel very welcome and we're happy to accommodate any requests we had. The property is tucked away in a residential part of the city away from the usual hustle and bustle but within walking distance of some major shops. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying there again when in Lusaka Also George the dog is a little charmer with lots of love to give. Give him a cuddle and you'll have another...

We stayed here for 4 nights, and this is our second stay at the hotel and this is the only hotel in Lusaka we would stay in. We stayed in the double room with separate kitchen and lounge and is well worth the additional cost. The room is spacious very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The kitchen has the basics to allow you to prepare food, but you do have to ask if you want knives as they are not left in the draws. The kitchen comes with a microwave / oven, fridge freezer, washing...

We've stayed before so knew what to expect. Overall, it's still great though a few small improvements would greatly enhance the client experience : 1 - UPS backup on at least the Internet service. There's frequent load shedding and while main power is restored by Generator within 60 seconds Internet can take up to 30 mins. Having UPS on this at least would mostly negate this. It's a first world problem I appreciate, but it's a premium property so not a unreasonable ask. 2- Do not disturb...

My go-to place for work trips to Lusaka. Located a bit hidden on a pot-holed side road, but roomy and well-designed apartments allow for a relaxed stay and productive (work) meetings. Extra plus is a director and staff that will bend over backwards to help you solve any problem you encounter, no matter if you need to borrow a laptop charger or struggle to comply with some government formality. In my view hard to beat in terms of value-for-money.

Very lovely Hotel. Staff are amazing, rooms and the hotel in general were very clean and not forgetting the food!! The breakfast was amazing with a good variety. Location is excellent with shopping malls and banks just around the corner. This is my go to in Lusaka.
