There was no drinking water at the promised water dispenser. There were radiculous upfront deposits to buy anything from the commons refrigerator. The room was still not ready at 2:47pm (check in time: 3:00pm). "

They were understanding and attentive, and the problem was resolved promptly the next morning. What truly stood out during my stay was the level of hospitality. The team made sure that everything was handled quickly and with genuine care for the guest experience. Overall, it was truly a pleasure being a guest at this hotel.
