Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and help you. It is very clean. There is no riff-raff here! The only criticism is the mattress was too soft for my tastes.

Excellent service levels. A good selection of dining options. Decent enough gym and lovely 25m pool.

Great hotel excellent colleagues who knows how to serve. Wonderful facilities, indoor pool ambience and water needed to be warmer. Would definitely go back. Excellent food in all restaurants in the hotel, just make sure you ask for a specific weight of lobster from the oriental restaurant. Got a shock at the end of the night with a 100 euro just for the lobster, otherwise food was excellent.

Lovely, clean and peaceful, a nice family run place. 10 mins in a car to the beaches. Would definitely stay again.

I was amazed when I walked into my room - well my suite of rooms in actual fact! The décor was warm and inviting and more elaborate than I'd expected. Every detail had been thought of from drying racks with pegs, an iron, hairdryer. I had no need for my adaptor as plugs were UK 3 pin. A full size fridge with ice compartment and full range of kitchen appliances. Ample storage with wardrobes complete with hangers, shelves and a chest of drawers. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Daily cleaning...

2nd stay and will stay again. Very central and fairly quiet as long as you don't face the nearby Metropole. Excellent breakfast and large, comfortable rooms. Parking a bit limited and was told later that, when full, you leave the keys at reception. Pity I wasn't told that sooner!

Lovely little hotel in the mountains! Super friendly receptionists (all 3 I encountered) as well as all the other staff. There was a wide selection for breakfast including eggs benedict on request. The sauna (pre-booking required) was a bonus and the evening little slice of cake and weather forecast was a really nice addition. The room was compact...but I had booked 'small budget'...so was in line with expectations. Although no parking, there is plenty of free spaces nearby.

On the plus side this is an excellent hotel, superb spa facility and pool, serves good food and staff deliver great service. The only negative is that for teenagers there really is nothing to do.

We had a lovely stay all round at Thymisis, the guys on reception were welcoming and very helpful. The boutique hotel has is very tasteful and has some nice touches. The village of Kakopetria is a few minutes walk. It’s quite nice to be away from the main centre.

Stayed at the Royal Apollonia for a business trip, and I was extremely impressed with all aspects of my stay. The staff are exceptional in their service and would always oblige any requests I had. The facilities are modern, clean and comfortable, and I was very happy from the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out. My room was really perfect on the 6th floor with a sea view and view down to the pool as well. Large room, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and a great view to start...

Great hotel, very central location for Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia. It is small and the breakfast is pretty ordinary but this is a great change from same old, same old larger hotels and the service is first class

Very clean and modern rooms .. specially the pool view i recommend it .. the manager is very helpful and gentleman.. spa was perfect the breakfast was large and Variety of dishes . my only notes is the pool restaurant menu needs to be expanded to satisfy all tastes; otherwise, the hotel is wonderful.

Beautifully kept hotel - so clean, fresh, central. Drinks were lovely not the cheaper type you can come across here. Sone perks that make you feel good - complimentary drinks/mini bar/ offers in the restaurant. Room feels luxurious. Offers a late checkout.

A truly wonderful hotel, relaxing, quiet, comfortable, staff were exceptional, food was amazing - my only slight criticism was it would of been nice for a little bit more varied entertainment in the evening. To have the option of paying for drinks after the 12 p.m.

Very lovely clean hotel and clean rooms. We had asked for two rooms close to each other which the hotel accommodated. The pool was simple but great and the kids had a great time. Plenty of sun beds without having to battle for space. Kids also enjoyed the sea. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. a great hotel to just kick back and relax. The food whilst initially seems a little pricey, it is well worth every penny as the quality and portion size is excellent. A return taxi into town will cost you 40euro so whilst food and drink is cheaper in town, by the time you add transport cost there is no real point to try and eat elsewhere. besides with a choice of 5 restaurants at the Grand you are spoilt for choice. If there was ever an option to go all inclusive, this hotel would be worth...

As other reviewers have commented, although listed as a 3-star this is probably bordering on a 4-star in terms of its facilities and standards of service. The room I had was spacious, clean and well-appointed. There are two very nice swimming pools, a spacious bar area and a gym - think you may be able to get a massage too. The staff are helpful. The hotel stuff was very helpful and they accommodated requests they didn't have to according to my booking. So I only have positive comments about my experience.
