Lovely little hotel in the mountains! Super friendly receptionists (all 3 I encountered) as well as all the other staff. There was a wide selection for breakfast including eggs benedict on request. The sauna (pre-booking required) was a bonus and the evening little slice of cake and weather forecast was a really nice addition. The room was compact...but I had booked 'small budget'...so was in line with expectations. Although no parking, there is plenty of free spaces nearby.

Very clean and modern rooms .. specially the pool view i recommend it .. the manager is very helpful and gentleman.. spa was perfect the breakfast was large and Variety of dishes . my only notes is the pool restaurant menu needs to be expanded to satisfy all tastes; otherwise, the hotel is wonderful.

Room was spacious and had all the required amenities to get by. The breakfast to go was a great option gor me as I was checking out before breakfast was served at 7:30. Staff were hospitable and approachable. A/C in the room was also great. Beds were soft and large.

We had a lovely stay all round at Thymisis, the guys on reception were welcoming and very helpful. The boutique hotel has is very tasteful and has some nice touches. The village of Kakopetria is a few minutes walk. It’s quite nice to be away from the main centre.

Traditional mountain home, very spacious both inside and out, well presented and clean. Very much felt home from home. Only 2 neighbours so feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but amenities are a close drive away. Troodos mountain is 20min away and Pano Platres is 10mins. Host put together a welcome pack which was 5 star quality, lots of house and local info, very useful for tourists especially. He also called to ensure that I arrived safely and was settled. Will definitely return.

Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and help you. It is very clean. There is no riff-raff here! The only criticism is the mattress was too soft for my tastes.

I was amazed when I walked into my room - well my suite of rooms in actual fact! The décor was warm and inviting and more elaborate than I'd expected. Every detail had been thought of from drying racks with pegs, an iron, hairdryer. I had no need for my adaptor as plugs were UK 3 pin. A full size fridge with ice compartment and full range of kitchen appliances. Ample storage with wardrobes complete with hangers, shelves and a chest of drawers. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Daily cleaning...

Lovely, clean and peaceful, a nice family run place. 10 mins in a car to the beaches. Would definitely stay again.

On the plus side this is an excellent hotel, superb spa facility and pool, serves good food and staff deliver great service. The only negative is that for teenagers there really is nothing to do.

Great hotel excellent colleagues who knows how to serve. Wonderful facilities, indoor pool ambience and water needed to be warmer. Would definitely go back. Excellent food in all restaurants in the hotel, just make sure you ask for a specific weight of lobster from the oriental restaurant. Got a shock at the end of the night with a 100 euro just for the lobster, otherwise food was excellent.

Excellent service levels. A good selection of dining options. Decent enough gym and lovely 25m pool.

2nd stay and will stay again. Very central and fairly quiet as long as you don't face the nearby Metropole. Excellent breakfast and large, comfortable rooms. Parking a bit limited and was told later that, when full, you leave the keys at reception. Pity I wasn't told that sooner!

Stayed at the Royal Apollonia for a business trip, and I was extremely impressed with all aspects of my stay. The staff are exceptional in their service and would always oblige any requests I had. The facilities are modern, clean and comfortable, and I was very happy from the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out. Very lovely clean hotel and clean rooms. We had asked for two rooms close to each other which the hotel accommodated. The pool was simple but great and the kids had a great time. Plenty of sun beds without having to battle for space. Kids also enjoyed the sea. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. As other reviewers have commented, although listed as a 3-star this is probably bordering on a 4-star in terms of its facilities and standards of service. The room I had was spacious, clean and well-appointed. There are two very nice swimming pools, a spacious bar area and a gym - think you may be able to get a massage too. The staff are helpful. The hotel was lovely, direct access to the beach. Was slightly dated, but we loved the amenities it offered, the staff were so friendly and helpful and it was very clean.

Stayed here for 3 weeks, newly refurbed apartments, you can tell a lot of efforts have been placed into the property, properly needs more refinement, check in and check out was very easy and convenient, communication with the property was excellent, however there needs to be more attention to details in certain areas, the quality of the bed sheets for example where poor, need to introduce amenities, no gym, no common area, the price is very inflated for what you get in comparison to other...
