Stayed in the family room which was fine for four adults. Hotel newly refurbished and very clean. Good central location. Very handy for tram. Excellent breakfast with freshly made eggs.

The whole feel of the hotel was amazing, lovely picturesque location.

We arrived, and the host greeted us promptly and courteously. Showing us to our very clean room and bathroom facilities. The town of Spa is only a 10-minute drive away, as is Therme de Spa. Parking is free and you're allocated a space on arrival by the host. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. A pleasant and convenient stay, while on a European road trip.

Still 10/10. Clean, quiet, great views and a fantastic breakfast. Keep it up. Only downside was no a/c. Excellent service too.

We stayed in the Hotel for one night on our way across southern Belgium. The Hotel was chosen for its proximity to several sightseeing towns. The Hotel was easy to locate and access, and free parking was available just outside the building. The check-in was quick, and the receptionist was friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and modern. A work surface and chairs were provided, and Internet access and speed were acceptable. The bed was comfortable, and the Hotel was quiet.

Really great to have a carpark available under the hotel, really helpful and amenable staff, really comfy bed. We'll return!

The couple that run this Bed & Breakfast are very friendly and it is a delightful quite place to stay, I will definitely be staying here again when I need to :)

We stayed in the Junior Suite. Room was very large, nice furnishings and bathroom, all clean. Only complaint was that it was a bit too dark during the day and that some things were broken/nearly broken, like the room’s door handle and one of the blinds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, both at reception, the breakfast service and the restaurant, which we both used. Enjoyed a two night stay with my family. We were really impressed by the standard of the rooms and the service offered from the staff. I have to say it was really good value too, especially the breakfast which was excellent both in terms of choice and quality.

This was the perfect start to our road trip - the hotel was convenient and the below ground parking was a major plus. The reception feels large and airy and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern and there are great views from the rooftop terrace bar. It's only a short walk into the town, where there are plenty of options for eating and drinking. On reflection, Aachen really was a great kick-off point for our road trip. I'll be back!

I stayed for only one night. The check-in was easy (after the car park barrier was raised - you need to go to reception for that). Breakfast was acceptable. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.
