"Nice and clean hotel. I had a room to the rear side of the building with an astonishing view over the ardennes."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were deliciously powerful and hot. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was completely worth it. The sauna was just what I needed. I would totally stay here again."

"Expedia was deceiving- there is an extra fee and reservation needed for the pool- so I picked it for the pool and didn't get to go in as the spa was closed when we got there and we were leaving in the morning. The restaurant, breakfast and room was great except they put the toilet in a separate room so you have to walk around to wash your hands- kind of annoying"

"This was a very small and basic room that was quiet, bed was comfortable and the shower was strong and warm. Breakfast was good with plenty to eat. I forgot to reserve parking onsite so we had to park down the hill at the garage and trudge our bags up the steep and narrow road."

"Do not book to stay here! The room was absolutely filthy, it clearly hadn’t been checked before we were put in there. We stayed for a few hours and then left as it was disgusting and we didn’t feel comfortable to stay until checkout, we actually got ready in the car park as that was cleaner. There was dead bugs everywhere, dust and dirt on the floor and even the toilet roll was covered in dirt. We took pictures and reached out to expedia for a refund, however the manager at the hotel is refusing to provide any sort of money back for this awful stay. Book somewhere else. "
