"It was OK. Lack of engagement, evening entertainment, and activities team which would have encouraged guests to better socialize and enjoy their time away. (Compared to many past stays at other resorts like RIU.) Pools are fine but somewhat dated and would benefit from resurfacing. Service staff in restaurants appeared to simply be putting in their time. They would hear you but not listen to you often resulting in wrong orders being served. (Not a language barrier - simply rushing and not hearing.) Made us feel many did not actually enjoy their employment at this resort. "

The access to their parks is a nice touch, but the resort itself is so nice you honestly don’t even need to leave. "

"We had an amazing stay at this resort and would absolutely come back! The property is beautifully laid out—spacious and never felt crowded, yet still very easy to get around, which made everything super convenient. The food exceeded our expectations with a huge variety of options. While a couple of the buffets were just okay, there were so many great choices that we always found something we loved. What truly made this trip stand out was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. A special shoutout to Enrique and Eduardo at the Lively pool bar and Mana from the entertainment team—they brought such great energy every day and made the experience so fun and memorable! The resort was spotless and very well-maintained, and there was truly something for everyone. The entertainment was fantastic for all ages, which made it perfect for our group. Also, working with Go Majestic for transportation and excursions was incredibly easy and seamless, which took a lot of stress out of planning. Overall, this was such a fun, relaxing, and memorable trip—we can’t wait to come back! "
