"Vastaanotossa oli "melko hupsu mummeli" auttava englanti, lupaa paljon, mutta ei oiken pidä mitään. Vaati maksun heti ja lähetti meidät 1.yöksi paljon halvempaan hotelliin. aamupala oli maksettu joka aamuksi, saimme sen ainoastaan viimeisenä aamuna klo 10.30. Että ei tästä hyvä maku jäänyt, kylpehuone oli siivouksen jälkeen ok ja amme+. Viimeiseksi yöksi saimme jopa tyynyliinat!!!!!! Antaapa olla, Hyvä kello kauas kuuluu, huono vielä kauemmaksi."

"The Mosaic Hotel is conveniently located close to main attractions. The price is very good for this location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. There is no airconditioning in the hotel, but you can open the window and you will be alright. Please, check the pictures and reviews of other costumers before booking. There is a short walk throug the courtyard to get to the hotel, which some people might not like. It was perfectly safe. "

"Overall beautiful and clean hotel, great bedding. 4th floor rooms however appear designed much simpler than the rest of the hotel. air conditioners were not working and windows were not designed to open. I'm sure it is possible to enjoy this hotel, but next time I'm gonna choose hotel Bergs instead."
