"This hotel doesn’t exist anymore. No one emailed or texted me to tell me. I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy. Luckily, I was able to book other accommodations at a real hotel down the street instead. I’m going to need a full refund, of course. You can’t expect to keep the...

"Property was in a good location to access all Riga has to offer. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean and functional although could have benefitted from providing additional pillows and air con/fan as they were very well insulated - almost too much so and you couldn’t have the window open due to the street noise from the surrounding bars. All in all a pleasant stay and would recommend "

"Everything almost perfect, EXCEPT ! - noises from the clubs downstairs and around on friday and especially saturday nights are absolutely horrible! It’s unbearable from wall vibrations, drunken screaming from under the windows ! Forget about quiet resting and sleeping until 3 AM at least ! "Sweet hotel, close to the old town and a great array for foods for breakfast. Quite if you stay to the back of the hotel."

"Strong smell of sewage throughout the reception area and corridors. Mould in bathroom. No kettle or tea and coffee. Mini bar over priced. Out dated rooms, broken tired furniture and decor. Big yellow stains on bed. Remote control for TV filthily disgusting. Major issue with access to hotel as there is a locked gate which requires a security guard to open to allow entry/exit. Found had to wait multiple times to get into the courtyard area . "
