"Grand old hotel with excellent staff. Though certain areas are showing there age the overall experience was wonderful. I personally love the detailed woodwork, marble and grand staircases. Room was large with a conformable bed. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Irvilla, Danial and Merza fir all you help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options. Overall a great experience."

"I was on Labuan as part of my annual Anzac Day commemoration trip. l again stayed at the Tiara and as always, I thoroughly enjoyed my few days. The accommodation and food were excellent. "Hotel Staff was very courteous and provided excellent service most of the time. There were some occurrences during lunch when staff appeared overwhelmed. Room was kept clean and was serviced regularly. nice room accommodations. "Will stay here whenever I am in Labuan. Rooms are spacious and hotel condition is still good. Convenient for local food around the area with mini-marts for any last minute purchases. Only wish is for the cable TV to be reinstated. Channels available are rather limiting now. Wifi also tends to drop-off and does interrupt work . "
