It is a nice hotel right next to the Mall, the staff is very helpful and the rooms are quite good.

Convenient Friendly

Hotel is good for Kelapa Gading area we have stayed in Wizz, Harris and Cabin Hotels and El hotel is best value for money. Plus nice large foyer/ entrance area with a separate bar. Room are a bit dated and poorly lighting ours had a bath and hand held shower, i would of preferred a walk in shower.

Great experience at the 101 URBAN. A nice outdoor seating area with a bar. The dining and breakfast room is located next to the reception, and best of all, the staff are helpful and friendly.

This will be probably my 4th or 5th time staying at this hotel. The staff are always very professional and helpful. The rooms are really nice. And the price is reasonable. Also close to the Mall of Indonesia. I will be back soon!

Having travelled to over 10 countries, Raffles Jakarta was easily the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel itself was spacious and well designed. The highlight was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They went beyond the usual pleasantries and actually wanted to have proper conversations, showing genuine interest. Would happily return the next time I am in Jakarta.

We had a lovely stay at the MO Jakarta. The outstanding factor was the staff - kind, helpful and efficient. With extra touches, our stay exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you.
