"We spent 4 nights at the Glorious Hotel and Spa while visiting family members in a village about 90 minutes away. The tasty breakfast got us off to a good start each morning and it was a pleasure to return to our room each evening and take a dip in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Our one critique was the beds. Our group had a total of five rooms and each bed was rock hard. No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down. We were the only people there in the entire resort. Give it a miss unless you like to stay in a Ghost town ruin."

"Arrived and there was nobody on reception desk, it looked like reception hadn’t been open in a long time, was shown to a few rooms until I was given one that was ready, tried the tv and was not to use as it was broke and it didn’t sound safe, WiFi was barely useable despite what it says on the advert, I couldn’t take a shower or use the water in the sink as the water was brown and that didn’t change throughout my stay, I tried to find someone to ask about changing rooms and couldn’t find any...
