Great hotel. Wonderful staff.

Excellent hotel with super breakfast and onsen. Centrally located beside Okaido shopping street and close to Matsuyama Castle. 15 mins on tram to Dogo Onsen.

Great room and a good size. Well soundproofed. Very helpful staff and great location of all the amenities of Matsuyama

An excellent hotel in a convenient and great location. Views to the castle available.

Sky Spa was wonderful City view. Breakfast are so good. Accessible to castle is best

A boutique (15 room) hotel built into the mitsukoshi department store. Service is superb. Rooms are large, bright and very tastefully appointed. You get a private sauna which has the unfortunate effect of super heating your bathroom so perhaps ask for this to be switched off in advance of tour arrival if it’s summer. The restaurant, Aino, is super and the staff hugely accommodating and attentive (they opened and prepared a full buffet just for us, which is extraordinary). Breakfast is a set menu...

Wonderful location and parking opposite hotel entrance, baths very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, comfy beds and nice big bathroom which is a must when travelling with children, only downside was the rooms are very light- if you have light sensitive children be prepared to be up early!

Excellent friendly helpful staff. Japanese breakfast excellent. We had great, spacious, room with private spring water supply and outside balcony area. Restaurants and shops nearby with tram transport.

Great hotel for our one night stay in Matsuyama. Location was perfect for visiting the Dogo, shopping and restaurants.
