"冬場の下見と温泉を目当てに伺いました。岩手では数少ない硫黄泉系（個人的には硫化硫黄泉や硫黄泉が好きなので）なので、お風呂を堪能させて頂きました。 　食事もこの価格帯では高いレベルだと思います。 　自家用車で向かう際にはナビによって細い別荘地を通り抜けるルートに誘導されるかもしれませんので自家用車で冬季や悪天候時に向かわれる方はその点注意が必要かもしれません。"

"部屋のお風呂が広く、電子レンジがあったのはとても助かりました。清掃サービスについて、フロントで2日目に清掃入っていただくようにお願いしましたが、入っていただけませんでした。ドアに、清掃お願いしますの札を貼らないとやってもらえないということの様です。それならそう言って欲しかったです。朝食の時間や、子どものアメニティサービスなども、従業員の方の間であまり連携がされていない様でした。"
