スタッフの方の対応が、無駄なく丁寧で安心感がありました。お部屋は少し古さがありましたが、清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。また、朝食は内容が充実していて、スタッフの方も笑顔で気持ちがよかったですし、会場は広く見晴らしが良く、大満足でした。盛岡を訪れたらまた利用したいと思えるホテルでした。 敢えて要望を言うなら、ランドリーが混んでいてなかなか使えなかったので、台数がもう少し増えるか、利用状況が部屋からわかるような仕組みがあるともっといいなと思いました。

飲み屋さんまでの距離も近いし、車も車高が低い車であれば、ホテルに止めれるので良いと思います。今回は利用しませんでしたが、朝食のバイキングも美味しいです。食べ過ぎてしまうので今回は付けませんでした。
