I’d found this hotel on a previous visit to Hue (you can’t really miss it), but I had been staying at another five star just down the road. I always said, if I ever came back, I would stay here instead, and I did just that. It’s an impressive building both inside as out. I had booked a premium room with views, and boy were the views amazing. I ended up on 32nd floor, which is their highest floor for accommodation. It’s also the same floor as their club/executive lounge called ‘The Level’ which...

We had an excellent stay here. We had a family suite with connecting rooms. It was very spacious. The breakfast was amazing and the pool/gym were great. We wished we’d stayed longer!

We loved the hotel but we could tell it’s only recently opened. Front of house staff are super friendly and eager to please. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed and breakfast on our first morning was exemplary, with very attentive staff. However the cracks appeared when we tried to order drinks and food to the pool, with drinks coming after the food, which took a long time to arrive. Then there were complications with the bill. Breakfast on the second morning fell short too when...

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, clean, elegant, stylish. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. The pool and grounds are extremely nice. The restaurant and bar have are elegant and have delicious food and wine. We didn't try the spa but it looks extremely nice as well. The hotel is right on the river, a short walk to the train station, a longer walk across the bridge to the imperial city. The bar and restaurant staff were perfect: courteous, helpful, kind, unobtrusive.

Excellent modern property, great pool and service, food was good but there many better place to eat in town. Spa was excellent and gym looked good too

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was great to use after a day visiting the citadel. We tried both the French and Vietnamese restaurants which were outstanding, try the ancient Hue rose cocktail it was delicious. We stayed at the Albert Sallet Villa which was amazing ❤️.

Everything was amazing. The staff are so attentive to detail - professional, kind and engaging. The hotel is stunning, inside and outside. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place! It felt new and fresh. Our room was very spacious with large balcony overlooking the resort and ocean. The staff was amazing as were the facilities. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice. The spa was quite an operation and we enjoyed our daily inclusive treatments. I also did a yoga class by the beach one evening which was lovely but didn't try the other organised wellness activities. Finally, the gym was very good with some machines and a good set...

Normally my policy is to never to return to a hotel twice, however there is an exception to every rule and it is the Vadana Lagoon and I have just returned from my 4th trip! Why? Well it is the only place I have found that gets better each time you visit! The ‘extra’ service you get from this resort starts usually within 24 hours of booking through an agent when you get a nice little e mail just saying ‘Hello, we know you are coming, we look forward to seeing you and if you want us to pick you...

A Great stay from beginning to the end enjoy every minute of the stays will stay again next time in da nang with the family

The resort was in a great location between Da Nang City and Hoi An and super easy to get taxis between. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel, which has lots and lots of choice, and also food and drinks at the pool bar on a few occasions - the pool has an amazing view over the ocean. Colleagues at the resort were very pleasant and helpful. The four bedroom villa is enormous as is every area in it including bathrooms, dining area etc. There’s an outdoor shower area off from the master shower but we...

Great hotel for the family on the beach. Fantastic customer service. Good rooms. Great facilities

We had a very relaxing stay in a beautiful resort.

We stayed at Ocean Villa during our stay in Da Nang. Lily looked after us and was very helpful. She was friendly and always acted promptly. Lisa, I believe was Lily’s manager. She was helpful too although we never got to meet her.
