"El señor que ayuda a llevar el equipaje a las habitaciones tendría que ser el encargado de recibir a las personas y hacer el registro ya que es una persona tan amable y se gana el respeto de cualquiera,al contrario de las séñoras que nos recibieron, ellas parece que son las dueñas del hotel,falta de amabilidad,carisma o buen trato a las personas, No me volvería a quedar en ese lugar por eso. "Like others, I had a problem with the hotel being overbooked and was left without a room during an extremely busy holiday. Given how far the town is from other cities, and the fact that we arrived in the evening, this presented a safety issue as we were not able to find another hotel and had to travel after dark to seek out other options out of town. The person that checked us in said that they couldn’t hold a room that was booked via this site and that I should have made a few reservations...
