The service was great! Food was average. Does not have hot water in the mornings for shower. In the evening its just warm water. Needs new carpet

Location is decent but the rosters and dogs barking at 3:00 am wasn’t pleasant also the reception should explain a little bit more about turn in lights and AC we call he said he was coming to help us , but never show up we had to ask the cleaning lady who was very nice and friendly.

Loved staying at this hotel. The restaurant food was excellent as were the whole staff and personnel. As for feeling safe, we couldn’t have felt safer than we did here. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is our top choice for lodging in San Pedro Sula. While convenient to most locations, it is off the busy thoroughfares. The staff are gracious and helpful, the rooms and campus clean, attractive quiet, and the breakfast excellent.
