When we arrived they had not recieved our booking from hotels.com and asked us to pay a fee for them to sort it out, which is just unreasonable. However they did upgrade us to a suite, which was nice. Service was not the best. They advertise the place as a spa resort, but the spa and its only staff member was unproffessional in my eyes.
