"Had a beautiful little suite. Clean and in great shape. Check-in was at the neighbouring niu hotel. Staff are multicultural and speak English and some German. Minor hiccup with Berlin room tax (shame on you Expedia for not including this) and their credit card terminal not working but we eventually got it sorted out. I’d definitely stay here again"

"Stayed for a week with a family of 5. Apartment was clear, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week in Berlin. Transport links to the centre were exceptional, 1 stop to Hauptbanhof. Convenient location for shops and some local restaurants. It’s a very urban place, but to be honest, if you don’t like that, why are you in Berlin - we didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
