"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"I booked and paid for my one night more than six months ago. A few days before my arrival I wrote to the hotel and informed them of my arrival time. I received an answer back telling me that I would be welcomed at that time. However, standing at the reception in the evening at my arrival, I was informed that I had no booking at the hotel. I showed the receptionist my confirmed booking. I showed proof of my payment. And I kept getting the same response: “You don’t have a booking, and there is no...

We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our evening meal in the Irish pub, the staff were really helpful and friendly and food was nice. They also had Guinness on draft which was fab. Amazing nights sleep, really quiet. We had breakfast, again very helpful staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. In beautiful surroundings with a rustic charm but with fantastic modern rooms. The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you and were bilingual, which was a big help for me. Effortlessly conversing in English and German. The bed was comfy, the shower amazing and the TV a nice big size. The restaurant was fabulous and every meal I had there was delicious. The hotel & food was very nice in season.I stayed for 8 nights in Feb 2014 & 7 nights at end of March 2014. The hotel is right next to the chair lift but towards the end of season they turn it off which means you either have to wait for the bus down to the gondola or walk, which is ok going down the steep hill in the morning but after a long days ski its hard to get back up if the bus doesn't arrive
