2/10 Terrible

"The hotel is nice.looks like they was short of staff the service at pool side wasn't good at all there was just 1 server that had to serve about 40 person I order tenders and fries she brought it without any sauce no tissue no fork.the room the sheets and pillows didn't had a fresh scent at all.i checked in with my kids and husband to spend 1 night because of the holiday but we checked out back at around 7 the same evening.i think manager need to do a better job with managing of the hotel."

"Accessible facilities could be improved> Installing grab bars in the bahrooms might have been an oversight at the time of construction but it could be a majory asset in reducing libialities for accidents like falling on a slippery surface. Of course offering this security measure is a far cry from providing fully accessible rooms but was surprised to discover that there are only 2 rooms that qualify for that classification. WiFi accessibility was spotty in the room."

"after checking in. I was put into a room that was still dirty after telling a housekeeper that was right outside . I was transferred to another room but it was not up-to-date. The toilet seat was falling apart I had to screw the seat back in place myself also the room entry door was not well maintained it had a broken piece of marble tile on the floor as you enter the room not safe. I ask the staff member who came to apologise if he can put me into the initial room that I was given first after it has been cleaned I can wait because I still has a few hours until I pick my wife up from the airport. I was told there’s no cleaner available. I spent a total of 4 days and not one day any housekeeper came to at least ask if we needed a change of towels besides one came banging on the door asking us if we had a car park outside. The front desk staff was very nice overall."
