Upon arrival Mar.3, we were shown rm. 303. AC and TV did not work. No safety box in room. We were moved to 301 . Safety bax locked. No key available to open it. On Mar.4, elevator broke down with us on the inside, and the door was locked. No power to elevator.Used my phone to call front desk.No towels were in the room. On Mar.5, night desk clerk opened our door after 11pm We were saved by the safety chain. We felt he was going to rob us.

Comfortable , safe & secure

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable, quiet, safe & secure. All the staff work very hard and were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the on site restaurant was closed which made dinner & evening meals slightly inconvenient to arrange, however staff were on hand to recommend take away meals for delivery. I would certainly recommend the hotel to friends & family.

A very comfortable and friendly hotel

The staff members are very helpful and friendly. Just the kitchen service was slow but they tried to do their best. Improvement must be done in terms of realizing about the importance of having INITIATIVE towards the tourists interests but I can say that the warmth and human quality of Guyanese can make you forget about any trouble you get there.
