The only reason we stayed (only after we cleaned surfaces and micro wave and getting 'clean' sheets) was because a refund was refused and we had an early start the next day - too late for us to find an alternative."

"Although the building appeared new, the architect forgot to design a bathroom big enough for the average adult. The bed was very comfortable indeed. It was also very quiet in Room #9."

"The hotel is very convenient if you would like to walk around the CBD. The hotel rooms are basic and the surrounds can be noisy late at night. I was given misinformation and did not receive my code to enter the building which was stressful at the time. Fortunately, I called Expedia support and an email was sent with details of how to enter the hotel."
