Our stay though was amazing. Very welcoming staff on arrival and nothing too much trouble. The classic cabin was awesome and met all our needs. Spotlessly clean and close to the jumping pillow and pool. The games centre was unbelievable and the kids loved it. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Totally recommend the BIG4 Park Lane Holiday Park.

An excellent weekend destination - family friendly with plenty of kids friendly activities. Our cabin was super clean and we all had a great night sleep. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Graciassss Bendigo.

Kids enjoyed the big indoor playground. Cabin was good size for family of 5. Cabin floor was not clean, though the rest of the cabin was tidy and had everything we needed. The pool area was ok for bigger kids, though slippery tiles and deep small pool for the smaller child we didn't suggest using the pool area for kids under 3yrs. We would stay again.

We stayed in cabin 1 with our 14 and 2 year old The little one spilled some water on the floor and we wiped it up with some toilet tissue and saw that the floor was actually quite dirty so the cleaners need to be informed to rinse the mop head more often please the couch was good the beds were good comfortable and clean the carpets were old and stained but understandable the bathroom was very clean. Out neighbours next door were loud till 1230 am which was annoying but were reminded to be quiet by 10 pm the next night so it was ok

Accomodation was great, clean and comfortable. I think a book on what local or close by eg coffee recommendations, cafes and activities would be helpful given location means we have to drive to anything. Overall a great stay and perfect for what we needed

Location is pretty decent for accessing Bendigo, but it is a drive. I rented a pod as it was just me, and it suited my needs perfectly, would be an excellent but for two minor niggles- some minor mould in shower base and the damn soap dispenser directly over the sink which made it very difficult to use the sink for brushing teeth. Staff were lovely, the facilities around the park were really well maintained and everything was tidy, what more do you need?

Great stay and service

Booked a cabin for an overnight stay. Tracy at the park was super helpful and arranged for after hours check in. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice and fresh the cabin was. It was spotless, with quality linen and towels. Bed and pillows were super comfy. With so many cabins at the park we thought perhaps it may be a bit noisy but didn't hear a thing all night. We will definitely go back there again. Totally recommend.
