"The room is large and nicely appointed. We were escorted to our room and had everything explained. We had an early departure and were allowed to have breakfast a little early. The airport shuttle was actually early, so no waiting. The attached restaurant is exceptional, with different dishes than we're used to. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Very disappointed on arrival key was left in basket name and room number on piece of paper. Restaurant closed no information to inform us of this. No lounge facilities all locked up , although non smoking could smell smoke , the shower room smelt of Urine . Glad we were only staying over night "

"The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a Novotel. So much dust everywhere. No water in the room only to find out you need to collect a bottle and fill it near the reception. Only noticed when it was after midnight. Why having a fridge in the room and no water or drinks in it. The sink in the bathroom smelled of sewage. Pool area and general area looked ok. Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great. "
