"Would not recommend the family suite (the room in the turret) - there is no aircon in the bedrooms and the space is oppressive and really dangerous for kids: there is a floor level window with no ability to lock it and a sheer drop on the other side. "I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring."

"A fabulous place to stay, set in its own vineyard, with private tasting available. We had a charming & spotlessly clean room at the top of the building with views over the estate, a wonderful continental breakfast was included, I just wished we'd had more time to stay and relax there!"
