"We had a wonderful stay at Attunga in Falls Creek and highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect – truly ski-in, ski-out access that made getting onto the slopes effortless each day. The views over the mountains were stunning and added to the whole alpine experience. What really stood out, though, was the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. From check-in to dining, every interaction felt warm and personal."

The place has no lifts and hence have to get all your luggage upstairs by yourself through the narrow stairs. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. I think that is how I can explain why we had a great time at the Astra, we appreciated all the amount of effort people working at the Astra has put-in making our stay so pleasant. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, we loved and used most of the facilities and we could feel that the owners really have done a good job to make the stay a great experience and not only "an accommodation".
