Very smooth experience from check-in to the check-out. Conveniently located right next to the town centre and a great place to wake up with nice views. Cleanliness was well maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I can't wait to be back in that area.

Awesome property, but unfortunately the restaurant (Empire Dining) that is connected is permanently closed according to Google. Other than, it was a beautiful property and very clean with easy access. Also easy walking distance to surrounding restaurants and cafe's.

Roomsand location were perfect. It was a bit odd that the kettle was kept outside of the room, and the bike storage was unsigned and difficut to find on arrival as the reception desk is unmanned after hours.

It was easy checking in since they send you all the details a few hours before you come. There is no reception, but staff are responsive when you sms them. The place is clean, but it would have been better if both bathrooms had provision of toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner and soap were only available to one of the bathrooms, so we just ended up using one when it would have been easier to be able to use both given that we are family. One of the toilets had something dripping from the roof so we had to put towel on the floor. It would have also been good if they can replace even just the bathroom mats daily as they get wet after showering. Parking is limited though; you have to try to be back to your hotel early so you can park. Good thing, you can just walk to shops and eateries at night. The cleaner before checking out was actually friendly and nice. That was the only in person encounter we had. We don't mind staying in the same hotel again next time.

It was a great location with very good amenities. The only criticism is that a bedside lamp would be great for night time reading. Definitely 9 out of 10.

Fantastic locatiin right at shops and not far river. Very spotless clean. Has all facilities. Has microvawve and pod coffee machine and kettle. Con. Could use a little more bench space for those items. Little jammed in cupboard. Overall will stay there again

4 issues, not great, but liked to room n location

Hard to rate this one. Good communication, but doesn’t work, failed to get my pin code sent to me. Cleaner let me in. Toilet didn’t work. Wifi was very weak and kept dropping out. No tissues No mirror in bathroom, wouldn't shave or do makeup etc. How ever the room is clean comfortable, numerous other amenties, and small but cosy. Location is very good too.
