Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Staff was all very friendly and helpful during our stay. You must stay here for your next snow trip at Mt Hotham! Totally worth it and if you do secure a spot, you could save yourself from buying a car pass at Mt Hotham as they do free shuttle buses to the mountain, only 20 mins away! Thank you Club Wyndham, we will definitely see you again :)

Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful location. The staff were friendly and attentive. The ski storage/drying room was much appreciated. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend was the onsite restaurant - tried it once for breakfast and found the portion sizes to be small for the high price. Dining options were somewhat limited in town for a place with “dinner” in its name but the food at the two local pubs was decent. Easy access to Hotham with shuttles running hourly.

After almost three years of continuous travel across Australia, our recent stay at this hotel marked a disappointing 'absolute' low point. We read from few reviewers who visited the property in summer that rooms were very hot due to the lack of air conditioning. I should add winters are worse, since just a radiator for warmth, the cold was pervasive upon our arrival, exacerbated by the radiator being off! Next days were better as we kept the radiator on. Considering the price, one would expect better amenities. Parking was scarce, the rooms were very cramped, and there was a notable absence of bedside tables, which are essential for convenience. Whoever bestowed four stars upon this establishment must have turned a blind eye to its shortcomings. Housekeeping's infrequent visits, occurring only once every seven days, were an unexpected surprise. While not a dealbreaker, it was an inconvenience not disclosed at booking. Only a select few staff members exhibited genuine helpfulness, notably two non-local males and two of the ladies at the reception, particularly the one wearing glasses (unfortunately, I didn't get her name). The overall attitude of some staff, notably one of the bar managers, bordered on rudeness, as if our presence inconvenienced them. The only positive things were hot tubs and food quality. Overall, for the price and level of service received, this hotel falls far short of expectations and definitely fails to justify its supposed four-star rating!

I was a solo traveller. I was made to feel most welcome being referred to by name on a regular basis. The staff were friendly, the Resort was all you could ask for by way of the Room, the Restaurant and Bar and the location - excellent

Heaps to do in an awesome location.

Amazing stay will be back for sure...MTB and hiking trails straight from the apartment will be back over summer to do some more exploring. Great service from the staff as well.

The place to be

A high standard of maintenance of the property and service is offered by Ramada. It was a comfortable and clean room, with a good Queen bed. Check in and check out were quick and efficiently done. We had dinner at their restaurant, Elements and was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the food and the more unusual choices on offer like the sticky bourbon pork ribs which were excellent.

Ramada Resort was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were spotless and they offered a range of activities. We had 2 meals in the restaurant and the food was good and fairly priced. The service in the restaurant was however a little slow. Charlotte and Dylan were very helpful and eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Our outdoor spa in the snow was fun.

We loved this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the location needs no build up. The room was smallish but had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. The exterior is lovely and there are places to sit outside and enjoy a bit of spring sun. Dinner at the restaurant was desiccant and lovely - even allowing for the huge absent vanilla icecream controversy on the black truffle desert. It would be lovely in the middle of winter - maybe next time. A lovely place to stay

the good... Comfortable, walking distance to everywhere, car parking and happy hour. The not so good... 'breakfast included' turned out to be Weetbix and a fruit cup :-(

Faulty towers experience

Checked in at 3.30pm, our room wasn’t ready until 4.30pm and staff were defensive about the delay, had to pay for our coffee at the bar whilst we waited for our room. One of the reasons we chose this accommodation was the food reviews but alll that was available was a bbq for dinner and a greasy bacon egg roll cooked off the same dirty bbq for breakfast. We ordered 2 of these and waited, and waited whilst an order taken after ours was fulfilled. When we asked the guy at the bbq where was our order, he was sarcastic and rude , no apology
