"We were given a room that was under construction. It smelled of paint and was disorganized. Breakfast is not very good. Staff are not friendly. Asked $250 for 2 people for a Lake Tana boat tour. This is a lot more than the market price."

"Abaoulate perfect one night stay. Front stuff, restaurant including our traditional fasting, international menu were all just perfect. I can't remember all the staff names but we would like to say thank you to all. Meron from the traditional restaurant, mahie from front of reception and all the rest, thank you for your great hospitality and attention. "
