We knew that there are SPA complex available, but it wasn't our main purpose of the trip - we wanted to enjoy early autumn of Saaremaa and were looking for a nice overnight premises. "The rooms are spacy, well equipped and furnished and the overall cleanliness is super. The staff is very friendly and caring. The location is excellent nearby the beautiful Pyhäjärvi lake, several interesting destinations and trails. The old Tartu city is worth a day trip as well. Minor drawbacks (to Finns) are small saunas and their related facilities."

"Hotel is showing its age. Room had not been well cleaned (dead flies piled up on windowsill between outer and inner windows). Room was uncomfortably hot, even with window open. Fitness center was nice to have. Restaurant was good"

"The hotel is conveniently located to the old town and public transportation. The staff was very friendly and they acknowledged my VIP status with Expedia. That is the first time it has EVER happened. We did not receive a room upgrade we did get a free drink and parking (but we didn’t have a car). The room was rather hot though especially since my room was facing west. The afternoon sun made our room very warm. The breakfast nook is incredibly charming and the food was sufficient. "
