Rooms are super clean, comfortable and spacious. Food is delish and well priced. "Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...

Lo único es que no hay muchas cosas por hacer si es que el clima no ayuda como en nuestro caso que pasó lloviendo y tuvimos que solo estar en la habitación porque no hay otras amenities más que senderos.
